0.24 for 2 frames and 0.12 for the next 2 frames. This makes the movement seem slower and more laborious when the figure is pulling itself up.

This was the new set up. The "rope" was taped at the top which meant that it could only move at the bottom. Doing so added to the scene because that is how rope would react in real life. I took the photos over two days. I made sure they were done at the same time of day so the lighting was as similar as possible. It isn't very noticable but next time I will take them all at once or try to control the light in a more consistant way.
